Yesi, so you have the healthy food lock down, something difficult but congrats if you do. What I recommend you to do is go for a light jog daily if you can or 4-5 times a week. You'll lose weight and even tone those muscles. good luck
If you've never starved yourself or deprived yourself of food, even if it means skipping a meal or two, then don't take it. You will feel FULL so technically you won't even know what you're doing to yourself until it's too late... blackouts, dizzy spells, etc.
BUT if you understand that you should eat a balanced diet and use it to not OVER eat or snack.. IT'S GREAT!

Speaking of hoodia, I tried it and it works immediately and I mean immediately. But if you don't know your body when you don't feed it, I highly disuade you from using it. If you CAN handle starving yourself, then go for it.

I would like to add Pineapple....just eat between meals as a snack, and you will loose weight without changing your diet, a friend of mine who is a model in COlombia told me that a great diet is tuna, pineapple and water for a week.....hope it helps!

I don't think you need pills and I would reconsider the personal trainer, I don't think one is necessary.
All you need is the following
- Buy some high quality running shoes made for long distance running. Have the sales rep quickly examine your running style and recommend an appropriate shoe for you.
- A couple of specialty socks to prevent blisters. Go to the Running Room for shoes and socks.
- Run nonstop at least 30 minutes every day. Each day push yourself as much as you safely can.
- Cut back on the crap foods and eat healthy.
If you do it right you should see and feel the progress within one week. Good luck!
Decrease or avoid any sugary drinks (juice, pop, alcohol)
Increase your fruits (avoid very ripe fruits - higher level of fructose) and vegetables intake as well as lean protein (fish, chicken - try to avoid red meat)
Decrease your intake of any processed foods or junk food (etc, processed cheese, fastfood, pastries, etc).
Increase your daily exercise (DAILY being the operative word) - incorporate an exercise routine with daily cardio and 3 - 4 days of strength training.
REMEMBER:
Muscle weighs more than fat, so even though you may be losing inches and increasing muscle mass, the scale may not reflect that. Don't get stuck on the idea of a "weight number".
Stay focused and remember anything is possible as long as there is a strong and solid determination from your part.

I really need to loose about 10-15LBS over the next month, ok more like I want to loose the weight. Anyone have any pills they'd like to share with me to take so speed up the process. I am going to be working out hard core or a personal trainer that is cheap and in the downtown core.
Any diet tips would be great too.
