AH DAMMIT! You mean I could have saved on Shipping?! booness to the maximus! Ah well, I've looked and looked for these shoes here and honestly, they go for $140 - 170 (depending on what style you get). My BIL (brother-in-law) got his for $80 on eBay so I went the eBay route. Anyhoo, I paid $90 plus the cost of shipping which was $10 so $100.00 overall.

how ju do this?
When you do a search for a product use the search bar at the top right hand corner. You will see under the search bar that it says Advanced Search. Click there and fix the settings to your liking. It saves alot of time in my opinion.
I've entered the world of eBay buying So last night I created an account and this morning I placed a bid and WON! YAY! Beginners luck! Anyhoo, lots of people have been giving me tips and advice on how to use, things to look for and what to avoid. SO, I pose the question to you, oh powerful and highly opinionated Foro People... what are the Dos and Don'ts of eBay!?!
Many thanks!
1) Don't get addicted.
2) If you can buy the product at a store for about the same price, buy it at the store instead. You save on shipping and you get warranty.

What I usually do is use the advanced search feature. I change the settings so I can get quoted in Canadian dollars and look for sellers within Canada whenever possible because the shipping is cheaper. I have purchased a few things and I like to buy from sellers in North America. The only don'ts I have are: Don't purchase anything from Thailand or Hong Kong, because they are knock offs or they have some kind of deffect.....(Although alot of people do have good luck with this) And also the obvious is to not buy anything from someone who has a poor rating.
Wait until about 1 minute before the auction ends and make sure you enter a maximum bid of at least $20 more than the current price that way if someone is trying to outbid you, they won't be able to be quick enough to go as high.
El Pibe and I get our X-Box games off e-Bay all the time.
