I agree! Cisco has a MUCH stronger case and Apple has very little to stand on. I do, wonder, as mentioned in the article, why wouldn't Apple just consider coming up with another catchy name? why risk it? makes you wonder...

like i said he is just an arrogant kind of guy, he is known for stuff like that.......plus he feels that apple owens the i so and so like, iTunes, iPod, iMac etc.....they have put a lot of money into it so he doesn't want to change it or lose it to another company.

Years ago I was always trying to get the latest Phone with the latest Whistles but lately I'm like nahhhhhhh. Technology should be cheaper but is not....instead they add more features therefore they add more dollars to the MRSP. Plus the size in phones hasn't improved alot...the new ones like Treos, Crackberries and now the new apple they are bulky and heavy.

That's the one. I was willing to buy one a few months back, but after reading reviews on the web I backed off. They don't have warranties and some stop working after a few weeks.

At the speed that this technology moves, it might not be such a bad idea... IMO. Considering that all the overpriced player might be nearly obsolete and a third of the price in a year from now

On a different note:.... I wonder (Yes! WON-DER, LB and Julie, lol) what all this did to Apple stock

I didn't know Pacific Mall sold knock-offs.

And yes Luna, there are clones. But for something like a Nano, I'd spend the 2bills and get the real thing. I'm hoping for an actual computer or laptop clone. :crossingfingers:

well an 80 Gig ipod video is like 4 bills right now... and this thing is like an iPod on some kind of hardcore kryptonian steroids so I doubt it would be that cheap.. maybe on a contract if any canadian carriers (ROGERS) picks it up
