I can relate to what MJ just said about family and spending holidays with 2 or 3 people only....and all that.....it kinda sucks not having ANY family here for the holidays....I know a few of you can relate.....

Santa was good....I don't care too much for getting gifts though...but I'm so happy with what I got....I just need a pair of shades to go with it.....

Holidays for me are like any other day.....and I guess I'm used to it.

Happy New Year, y'all!!!   All the best for the Foro Fam.

Anyhooo.... the holidays were great.  I'm painfully tired now and need another vacay to recover from this vacay but isn't that always the case

TONS of food, hanging out, relaxing, shopping, playing the Nintendo Wii (best new toy EVER!).  I did at one point suffer from a little bit of cabin fever.  It was family overload at one point and scheduled an emergency girls night just to get away for a couple of hours.  Either way, everything was great.

Sucks to be back at work though

Christmas and New Years was great.
Food was awesome, there was plenty to drink, slept in daily, and was able to go out and get some boxing day deals.
Only complaint is  that I spent more time then I wanted with the in-laws

This was my first Christmas celebrating with a family consisting of more than two people.  Every year it was me, my mom, and my dad.  This year it was my mom and El Pibe's WHOLE family!!!  It was incredible and I was slightly overwhelmed.  At one point, I took a step back and just observed.  It was at that moment that I truly felt blessed.

And on the night of your wedding, remember to do this again. It's awsome to see others having fun with you.

Oh, I remember those days. Hubby's family is soooooooooo different from mine, that for the first couple of years I felt like such an outsider. These guys know how to have fun! They love to dance and celebrate and my family is sooooo not the party type. His family has been a really good influence on me in teaching me how to have fun and enjoy life (and food) and I truly like how they enjoy those moments. And out of that, my own family has actually learned how to let go a little bit and have some fun. It's kinda nice.

New Year's was great.  Even though we stayed home, I loved that El Pibe and I were able to ring in the new year together!!!  And might I add, he was a very good Santa!!!

As for food....................dear God..........my pants are so tight now!!!!

Not missing the snow here either!!!

Some things just won't change. Another year, and foro life continues. So, what did everyone do over the holiday season? Was Santa good to you? Did you have a fun New year's eve? Wassup? What did everyone do?

It was a nice and quiet holiday season for the Buffs family: lots of food (that I didn't have to cook... ), lots of good, nice, quality time and lots of relaxation. We kinda missed the snow, though. But all in all, it was very nice. How about you guys?
