Pistons' fan reportedly gets lifetime ban

{{And no this isnt about any FORO MEMBERS.. }}

The fan who instigated one of the worst brawls in professional sports history has been banned for life from Detroit Pistons home games, according to a USA Today report.

John Green, who threw the cup that hit then- Indiana Pacers' forward Ron Artest in chest, was sent a letter by the Pistons; a copy of which was obtained by the newspaper.

"You are forever banned from attending any Detroit Pistons home games," reads the letter from John Ciszewski, executive vice president of the Pistons.

In the days following the Nov. 19 2004 melee, the Pistons banned Green from the Palace at Auburn Hills, revoked his season tickets and gave him a refund.

But with the anniversary of the brawl quickly approaching the letter reportedly "directed" the Pistons to ban Green permanently.

The letter reportedly adds that it is OK for Green to spend his money on non-Pistons events at the Palace if he conducts himself in a "responsible and lawful" manner.

You think this is fair??????? a little extreme?? perhaps..
