I think its obvious in my opinion.

I would have to say it would be because thats actually a lifestyle/sexual preference and not a personality trait. Meaning that whatever ones sexual preference is, it has nothing to do with any of their personality traits such as would be, say...cool, free spirit, funny, etc...

This really is kind of a dumb question to ask..

Question: Why does everyone use these types of words to describe him... Unique, colourful, exuberant .etc.. but always stop short of saying he was gay???

I don't have anything against gay people but i am curious.

My respects to him because I am aware that he was a pioneer in Canadian broadcasting for Hispanics in both television and radio and probably other media I don’t know about.
