Since I know little of the others, I would lean towards CitiGroup.


I know of some people who left Dynamic to go to Gibralter and I get the impression it is a young company with young people.

PERSONALLY I WOULD MAKE MY DECISION BASED ON WHERE DO I FEEL MORE COMFORTABLE AND AT WHAT COMPANY THERE MORE GROWTH TO GROW.....AND LET SAY THAT UR WILLING TO GO TO SCHOOL IN THE FIELD RELATED ARE THEY WILLING TO PAY SOME OF YOUR SCHOOL...

Ok, let me be a little more specific.  It's a private equity firm that deals with distressed funds of large corporate companies.


Basically, we give them a bazillion dollars and they pay us back slowly but surely.

Stick to the current company – mainly because of the reason above.   But also because you already know the company, and management seems to be good + you are happy there and already know (and get along) with the rest of the staff.

I agree with Don Chelo.
If the other places have the same pay/benefits/location you should stay.
I personally hate change so I wouldn't do it, and I hate starting from scratch.

The most important thing to remember is that your current job has Foro access.

Through past experience...large firms/companies don't tend to treat their employees very well....small companies and firms actually appreciate work ethnic and loyalty more than larger companies...


Tough choices...good luck!

YEAH, DA OTHER COMPANY HAS YOUNG PEOPLE BUT MAYBE IF UR LOOKING FOR A GOOD OPPORTUNITY IN THIS FIELD STICK TO THE OLDER DUDES DAT ALREADY BELONG TO CORPORATE AMERICA. THEY HAVE THE EXPERIENCE AND CONNECTIONS TO MOVE UP. ALSO RESEARCH WHICH ONE HAS MORE POTENTIAL IN STAYING AROUND LONGER AND HOW PROFITABLE THEY ARE. FORGET ABOUT THE LOCATION, IS DA MONEY AND ADVANCEMENT OPPORTUNITIES THAT COUNT!!!!

Well the first one is where I'm at now and it's incredible!!!  I can't disclose any information but it's wild.  Plus the president gets box whatever tickets to games and stuff and gives the rest to us! 


The second one is FUN!!!!  Lots of young people.


The third one....yeah, CitiGroup.  I don't like the office!    They're moving to Mississauga next year though so I suppose that would be good.

Ok, I am so grid locked right now, it's not even funny. 


When I was desperately, looking for a job, NO BODY hired me because of my wonderful interview "skills".     


Now that I'm at a contract job, not only do they want to hire me, but two other great companies want to hire me!!! 


The first company is called The Catalyst Capital Group Inc. which is a private equity firm.


The second company is called Gibraltor Consulting Firm.


The third company is CitiGroup.


They're all for the same position with the same pay/benefits and all are located in downtown Toronto.


 


I'M SO CONFUSED, I DON'T KNOW WHAT TO PICK!!!!!!!!! 


HELP ME!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
