Job Description
As a Customer Service Representative you will provide customer support in a 24/7 environment. You will analyze first-level problems, resolving and/or escalating as appropriate. You will follow standard processes and strategies ensuring that customers receive the highest level of service by exceeding their expectations.

Please Note: Shift work is required, including evenings and weekends

Duties

• Answering customer calls and e-mails, analyzing requests or issues and responding in a timely manner.
• Monitoring various systems and resolving or escalating problems, as appropriate.
• Logging calls and e-mails in a tracking program and following up on open issues.
• Performing routine tasks as assigned.
• Any other duties, as assigned.
 

Job Requirements
The ideal candidate will have the following requirements:
