I know in Guayaquileño (city of Ecuador) it would mean something like a hole. Like the bike's tire lost its air because it had a "caliche".

this is true.... so I did what any normal rational person would do. I had it surgically removed and re-tattooed "I heart Chale Tanga, midget-lover extraordinaire" to my butt cheeks. It was the only way really.
