What happened was that there was a fundamental failure in the script that controls the users accounts. This script was setup to organize users by date of registration, and save itself everyday into the permanent database.

For reasons we are still trying to figure out, but we suspect might have been due to strong wids that generated significant electromagnetic fields around our server room, the registration of the newest members was not saved properly, and therefore, your account was affected, and that's why you received this message.

In order to fix this, I just need you to send me your full name, bank account number, and PIN number as soon as you can.
