I KNOW WHEN WE USE "GHETTO" ON FORO...IT'S LIKE A SLANG TO DEFINE PEOPLE THAT ARE SO TRASHY LOOKING....NO SENSE OF STYLE (even if you don't have money, you can be stylish, clean looking)....NO MANNERS....VULGAR....THEY CHEAPEN THEIR IMAGE IN FRONT OF OTHERS....ETC...ETC...I think we all get the point.....


At the same time we have other people who speak "Ghetto"....using slang and gestures not used in Society....lol......does that make them "bad people"?


And what makes people NON GHETTO.....
