yeah man, that's closed down cuz someone decided to be a genius and pop someone there..

but there are various after hour spots all throughout the GTa.. it just depends the type of people you want to check out... and what drugs you consume or your friends consume.. there are always places like that.. an after hours wouldnt be an after hours if drugs alcohol and skanky girls are not in the mix...
