They have the authority to question anyone that looks 'suspicious'... be it you standing at the corner waiting for your boys/ride, be it you inside a 7-11 buying something, be it you walking down the street. Racial profiling runs ramptant in the streets of the T.Dot.

excuse me, but as a person who has been in the sytsem various times i know my rigths very well. and police do not have a ny rigths to photograph individuals unless they have court orders for surveilance purposes. Gang activity i believe is overrated because they look at visible minority groups for suspects when they need to look at corporate organizations for criminal activity.

They have no right to do so..... Its full out discrimination towards the Latin community.
It may very well be but that doesnt mean they dont have the right to take the pics. Anyone can take pictures of a public performance unless specifically prohibited by the event organizers/performers or venue owners.

Sorry they do have the right when they suspect gang activities sorry but they do have ways around the law! (trust me i learned the hard way and my mom dated a cop)

we once got pulled over by my old area...we were on our way to fregata ...and the cops started taking our id's out of the blue and one of them had said "just making sure u guys aint latino gangsters" hahahahahah que pena ...pathetic

I think thats a wicked idea.... I say they print the whole thing on rollin paper except for the cover which can be made out of business card paper (u know, for filters) :woot:
