get a "crackberry" and synchronize all ur accounts there...you're waisting almost 1 hour checking all that... that time should be used wisely, like watching a good "bangbros"  or "Rocco's" film....

Besides the work e-mails/voicemail, do you think you could do without a cell phone and or e-mail now?  Becuase there are so many ways to find you... cell phone/e-mail, do you ever wish you could go back to when we didn't have all these things?
