As for my favourite, I'd have to say... I don't really know. I'll think about it. I like so many of them. Oh, wait, baho! I love baho! Especially the maduro... it's yummy!!! Nicas will know what I'm talking about. And quesillo de Nagarote... how could I forget that one??? I loooooove it... Damn, I'm hungry now!


And as for drinks, Cacao... nothing like a yummy cacao.

This will be a long list for me.  I like bandeja paisa but its not a favourite, it`s something I can cook myself and eat any time I want.  I would have to say "Ajiaco" and "Cuchuco", Colombian soups (I know, weird names).  From other latin countries, I would have to say pretty much their "platos tipicos".


International food: Mediterranean, Lebanese, Indian, Japanese, Korean, Greek

Baliadas..... tortillas de harina con frijoles y crema (sour cream)


Tapado... dont kno how to explain but its w rice


Tajadas yPollo/Chancho/Carne de Rez y repoyo con tomate.... Fried green banana chips with chicken/pork/beef and coleslaw


 


all accompanied with a big glass of Horchata o jugo de Maracuya...
