I can't go a day w/out...
- a nice shower, and all the hygene stuff i most do before my breasfast and rite before i get into my confy bed...
- checking my celly for missing calls during the nite
- big glass of milk w/ a plain toast
- eating brocoli at luch (it is a most.... eating brocoli helps u loose about 10 puonds a year)
- eating two different fruit
- drinking a glass of water rigth before lunch
- my lip protection ... gotta have soft lips to please the victims...
- checking my email (3), msn, yahoo and the foro
that's about it.......
oh and breath
and pasito's neck

Post the one thing you cannot go without doing for one day.

It can be anything from logging on to el Foro, promoting clubs, or showering.
