That's what I was thinking!

Don't you just say "hey! consider this my 2 weeks notice, K? K" an you brush the top of your fingers under your chin, and slap your forearm, with your arm in a bent "up yours! buddy" position.... no?

I've only had the satisfaction of doing that once. I was given a little warning and I turned around and said: Oh, yeah? Well, F uck you,  I quit! You should never work with family. My uncle was the bestest and I was a spoiled brat. I wish I could have done that with someone that wasn't family. Dammit! Being polite is so fake.

Well, it's official, I'm quitting my job. I love it here. Well, not the work really, although I don't mind it. I love the people I work with, they're awesome. I keep thinking about that Cheers song:

Making your way in the world today takes everything you've got.
Taking a break from all your worries, sure would help a lot.

Wouldn't you like to get away?

Sometimes you want to go
Where everybody knows your name,
and they're always glad you came.

Na na na.

Even the Staples guy knows my name and our regular customers . So I'm writing my resignation letter and I can't help crying. Ugh, I don't even want to think how bad it's going to be the day I leave. I'm even going to miss my bus driveeeeeeeeeer. Ugh, I hate people! I get too attached everywhere I go. Why, why am I cursed to care?

ETA: They're interviewing people for my position. If you know any bilingual person (Spanish/English) that is looking for a yob, let me know.
