You should sue her for " false advertisement", and undisclosing important info ( something like that), and also for loss of love ( like in loss of income), etc,etc.
at first i was thinking tough call...as I read more into it I noticed you said AIDS....I'd have to break up as much as it would bother me. I can't risk it for a one time thing
Say you were in a relationship with a respectable and old fashioned man/woman who did not want to have sex until the time was right, but when the time did come he/she told you that they were living with AIDS. If you felt this person was "the one" up until that point and they wanted to have sex with a condom would do it, consider it, or reject it all together?
I personally think it would be very difficult to refuse especially if I felt she was the one and if I was waiting for long to do it, but in the end I would say Wouldn't want to risk my life incase my condom broke
