The first time (and only) time I went to Caribana we did it in style: we danced with the Brazilian float! That was one of the funnest things my friends and I did back when we were in high school... thats just how the Brazilian fest was y'day... I tried dancing for like 5 minutes and I was already sweating buckets... and these Brazilians just kept dancing like if nothing.

I HAVE to go this year... there's no way that I'd be a respectable Torontonian if I dont go.

Its a shame about your friend though. I think that thats what turns people off about these big events... but hopefully nothing goes down this year and we can all enjoy a hot festival.
