Good point guys, unfortunately I likely see the club shutting down cause of this. People have the nerve to complain. However do agree with LB; money does talk and most likely a settlement will happen and all is good again.

Apparantely they got a temporary license that allows to conduct business as is while the appeal is in court. However, I hear that this billionare that is investing int he entire harbourfrount entertainment complex thing that mel lastman proposed, which has been approved, is backing up the docks. So here we go, will it get shut down or not? The interesting thing here is that this case will serve as a precedent for many other venues. Thoughts?
