Bah! You people really made me think that I MIGHT be depressed but I researched the symptoms and nah, there really could be no way. Then in the afternoon, I realized why I was feeling down... damn stupid hormones! That time of the month... consider yourself warned.

Bah! I saw this ad in the Metro News this morning. I think everyone at one point or another goes through their bouts of depression. At one point, my doctor wanted to put me on Effexor (anti-depressant) cause of the way things were going. I think it`s better to opt for counselling, not a big fan of treating depression with drugs unless absolutely necessary.
My exwife was on Effexxor...and She got very "loopy" it produces very weird changes in your poersona....
I don't think I'm depressed. I've gone through two devastating losses in my life and I don't think I dealt with them properly which would explain my anger issues.

Same here girl, but like you, I opt to deal with it in my own way. Surround myself with people I know will make me laugh, people I feel comfortable around. What I have been doing lately is taking my kids to the pool on a regular basis. First off, the water itself is relaxing. Then just watching them play and have fun makes me happy.
