Ya it's true. They are trying to work a similar system in Canada, but I think the chances are slim.

We didnt know but we did have a Pedofile living in the building and once we found out we called the police and advised them he was living there and he was actually wanted for Arresst it was scary cuz we have children in the building and hes actually not allowed to be anywhere near any!
I dont think i could maintain a friendship like the one it was before just because to me there a ticking time bomb that can go off any min!

None are living in the neighbourhood that I'm aware of. If I found out I lived close to one I would probably be surprised and intrigued but I'd forget about it the next day. If I knew the person and they were cool with me (depends on the grade of "coolness") I think I'd still continue to be friends/friendly to that person. He who is free of sin cast the first stone, yadda, yadda, yadda. It really would depend on what exactly the person was convicted of and on the person itself. I don't usually like to associate myself with "questionable" individuals.
