I just don't understand how and why no one helped this kid!!!! http://www.citynews.ca/news/news_2043.aspx Teen Beaten To Death By Mob Tuesday July 18, 2006 Police believe a botched deal of some sort led to the brutal murder of 17-year-old Omar Wellington in Flemingdon Park on Friday night. The teen was beaten and tortured for hours before being stabbed in the throat and thrown in a ravine where he perished. Several witnesses saw what was transpiring, but no one came forward and called police. "I think it is better to mind your own business sometimes," one witness, who wished to remain annonymous, adds. "You can't go help somebody, then you're going to get in trouble for helping somebody who didn't want help." "The blood was on his forehead and he had it on his t-shirt, and his socks," she adds. "People seen him pass by and they asked him 'Are you okay?' but he said nothing. He kept walking, he looked like he was looking for those people to fight more." Twenty-four hours later, the teen was found dead in a ravine, covered in blood and wearing only underwear. One witness claims he was being paraded around like a hostage. An investigation is ongoing.

I could not live with myself knowing that I could saved the kids and chose not to, that is just wrong! Exactly ! Ah, but talking to the press is much more glorious, for that, they have no problem a$$holes
Exactly. Wonder how many would run to the police and give details if there was a reward for information. A$$holes!!!!

I read it this morning and I was WTF with the pple.
They should have done something nowe a teen is dead. I hope some how that the "witness" will be charged for "non assitance a personne en danger", hold on, I don't remember how to say it English nor in Spanish..........grrr. You know when they charge you for being there and not helping the person in danger and who might or have died from his/her injuries.
Plus, who asked them to go and fight, they can just do the 911 call for God Sake !
:Iamdisgusted:
