I went to two basement house parties. Both times we had pillow figths, wine spilled on the floor when everyone started jumping and singing the Molotov song "Puto", some girls flew from one sofa to the other as they were being thrown. Oh boy! what a great party. I think a couple had their thing in the laundry room.

i loooove house parties. I've had a few in my house before, and nothing serious has happened, so im definately not opposed to having them... especially in the summer time for a bbq. mmmmm I think that this might have been a concern when I was younger and the crowd was younger and roudier... but not now. People our age know whats appropriate and whats not. house party anyone?

I hear ya totally....in regards to ya question. I'm not really up for people coming to my house for a party. I get pissed if people dont take off there shoes, or even dirty socks and imagine someone breaking a plate or whatever really. I couldn't just relax and sit back
What do you guys feel about house parties in your own home? Do you mind having large numbers or people in your house or are you against having them over in fear of either being too loud or having stuff damaged in your home?
I am not against it anymore. I now live in a house and it's much bigger, but I was against it when I lived in my old apartment. The area I felt was just too small for a large number of people and I was worried they would just bump into or tip over my stuff.
But I just talked to your mom and she said that it was fine with her
