@ Colombiana - Thank you chula. ALL musicins in the city need the support ...doesn't matter what genre it is. Wish there were more like you. @ Ladybug - Luisito will get what he deserves too. The prize goes to the band. So I'm sure Luisito has a trophy. This will be his 2nd one because when Cruzao won the same prize, Luisito was part of the band anyway. So he's probably the only musician that has 2 of these awards under his belt..
Of course, I big u guys up like crazy. Plus remember, we go way back. BTW, saw ur sis this weekend

P-Crew member David Virelles (piano) has won THE GENERAL MOTORS GRAND PRIX DE JAZZ AWARD at the Montreal Jazz Festival. His quintet beat out 9 other nominees for the award. This is an amazing award to win. It has launched many career's internationally and will definately be a big stepping stone for David's. Playing in David's quintent is Luis Orbegoso. He's a regular sub for the P-Crew...and one of, if not the most talented musicians and amazing human beings I've ever known. I just wanted to congratulate them.
