It takes a lot of courage to be 100% honest with a loved one (Bf, Husband, significant other). I always belevie that living a lie is no way to live. Being honest, as hard as it can be sometimes is always the best way to go.
When is it best to lie? And when is it best to not lie?
And PLEASE, I don't wanna hear any Mother Teresa responses that it's never appropriate to lie!!! We're ALL lying as we speak. No where does it say on our job description: Must be on FORO from 9-5!!!!!
So yeah, I have NEVER lied to my boyfriend. I have told him things that I'm not proud of and things that I thought, "If I tell him, I'll possibly lose him" but I love him way too much to continue our lives in a lie. Fortunately, he loves me that much to stay with me but sometimes that plan backfires with other couples!!
