How does one study for those tests? They seem to be standard psychometric tests. Pretty stupid, if you ask me, but some companies seem to think they indicate something. Not sure what
I dunno ... I just printed out random tests and write them ... and I agree with you ... why these tests

don't look for the right answer right away rather, look for all the wrong answers and eliminate those right away, then concentrate on the ones you think may be right and discount as necessary also, if you it's important that you complete the whole test, figure out how many questions there are and the time limit per test section so you can see how many minutes you should be spending on a question, if you go over your alloted minuted for a particular question, make an educated guess and move on. good luck.

@ MIGUEL & TT: Thank you so much! I will do as you state ...
But TT I don't like coffee ... Julie, knows me soo well
BTW I studied all day, well did pratice questions over and over and over and over
And I'm just thinking why the heck they ask or will ask these type of questions:
Similarities:
(1) DRIVER - AUTOMOBILE
(2) CARROT - ONION
(3) AUTOMOBILE - CARROT
(4) ONION - CLOUD
(5) CLOUD - DRIVER
The answer is : 2
** these ones confuse me **
Arithmetic problems:
Question 2
An employee worked 11 hours in a day; 7 1/2 hours were regular hours and the rest was overtime, for which she received payment at time and a half. If she was paid $112 for the day, what was her regular rate per hour?
Drink a nice cup of coffee just before the test,it will clear your mind and stimulate your brain.
Then, read the question en answer the one which you think is rigth; it not sure, draw a little dot beside the question so you can go back to it later, and continue cause time flies.
When you are done answering all the question, go back to the ones you didn't answer and take and educated guess as quick as possible.

my strategy was always CAB.Start with "C" and then pick "A" and then "B". And when given the option to pick "D" go with it... either that or a smiley face. Teachers love to see smiley faces throughout a test... shows them that you've got charm and humour
also if you paper-clip a lil side note to a male teacher with sum love and your phone number, it's sure to raise a lil something your grades, that is!

Ok, I have this exam to take on Saturday ... it's like 4 hours long or something ... it's multiple choice and ask really strange questions ... I haven't written an exam since OMG a very long time I always DISLIKED the multiple choice exams Any tips you can give me???? Pleaseeeee , it will be very appreciated ... ** I already have been told "when in doubt pick C" **
answer EVERYTHING C - - - even if you THINK you're sure that's not the right answer or you think A,B, or D are more correct...
it's no COINSIDENCE that CORRECNT starts with C!
