THE TRICK IS TO GET MORE MONEY FOR A SMALLER OR SAME WORKLOAD....OTHERWISE IT'S "BAD BUSINESS"
AS FOR APPROACHING YOUR BOSS FOR A RAISE....JUST ASK FOR IT.....BUT PREPARE AT LEAST 5 GOOD REASONS WHY YOU SHOULD DESERVE A RAISE....AND BACK IT UP WITH PROOFS.....
LIKE FOR EXAMPLE: WHAT YOU HAVE DONE IN THE PAST YEAR TO MAKE YOUR BOSS' COMPANY EARN MORE MONEY OR REPUTATION......WHAT DO YOU BRING EXTRA TO THE COMPANY THAT OTHERS DON'T.....HOW DO YOU SHINE ON A DAILY BASIS AND GET BETTER OR HELP OTHERS....ETC...ETC...
IF YOU DON'T DO ANY OF THE ABOVE....YOU DON'T DESERVE A RAISE SO DON'T EVEN TRY TO MAKE A FOOL OF YOURSELF BY "BEGGING" FOR ONE......JUST REMAIN ON YOUR KUMBAYA PLATEAU OR FIND ANOTHER JOB........LOL, GOOD LUCK!
IF "BY LAW" YOU'RE SUPPOSED TO GET A RAISE....THEN I HAVE NO CLUE HOW THAT WORKS....BUT I'M ASSUMING YOU HAVE TO PUT IN RIDICULOUS EXTRA HOURS, YEARS OF WORK....... OR MORE MONEY = MORE WORK.... A WIN LOOSE SITUATION IS ONLY 50% GOOD.....NOT 100%....

ITs about time i get a raise !!! YAY!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! has anyone got a raise this year? how long has it been that you havn't got a raise? Do you think you should get paid more ? or less for what you do? Im just curious..i was actually nervous when i talked to my manager but he actually thanked me for expressing myself directly to him. now i'll be working 60HRS a week for the rest of the month.......!but that doesn't interferes my weekends..b/c thats reserved para "BACANALIAR!!!!!!!!!!
