Anyhow with the capture of the 17 alleged terrorist issue going on in our city..theres lots of talk bout terrorism in Canada. Last night I was watching CBC again and they were basically doing a Documentary on how terrorism is growing in our countries when we think we are not vulnerable to them. But at the end the reporter dude posed a question which left me kinda pondering...
We, living in Toronto, believe that Multiculturalism is a great thing...but is it really?!?! How we ever thought that maybe theres something Negative about multiculturalism. Maybe these groups became extremist because they hate the fact that our society is integrating into one race and they are loosing their roots and history? They (extremist) say its because of religion but maybe not.
Imagine all our cultures were segregated...and each culture had their own society and their own everything...do you think terrorism would still exist??? I am not sure..I've always thought that MULTICULTURALISM is a great thing!!! but maybe its not....
