definitely e-mail cause of work and preference.  Today being all the days especially work has been deadly today no chance to breath or nothing   Then there's email you see it you reply when u please (feels like heaven)

Foro... its the first place i check to see where people are. then i pm them cause they don't always check email. then my last attempt to contact would be by phone.
