I saw this show again and even though they have had televised investigation, stupid damn predators continue to fall for it. Even though they go to the house with the INTENTION of having sex with a minor, they don't get a lot of jail time. I say they should have bigger punishments and longer sentences for this people.

I'm with Baina: I'd be signing up at a long-term windowless hotel for a long time.

I ve heard that in prisons...SEX PREDATORS AND CHILD MOLESTERS AND RAPISTS are the worst kind of criminals... they get looked down by other criminals...like murderers and arsonists and thieves and everything else...They say they (molester/rapists) get USED by criminals as ...you know those guys who drop the soap at the showers? (lol  I dunno how else to say it...)so that they can feel what it is like to feel violated like that...

I think this type of shows are good and educational for a parent. Most kids go on the internet with no supervision what so ever, some parents use it as a form of babysitting and don't keep an eye on their kids. We need to teach the children how to be cautious.


This world is filled with all type of bastards and sick minded individuals, that's upsetting.

There's a documentary they were showing on TMN not too long ago called Capturing the Friedmans. A true story, obviously, where one of the sons of this very normal-looking guy made a documentary about his dad, a teacher, who was accused of molesting the children he taught at his home. Apparently he obviously molested his three own sons, but the whole thing was weird 'cause they were practically in denial. And he would molest these children along with his youngest son, who was an adult by then. It was sick. I hardly recommend people to watch it.

I think its creepy how some people can do that.  This Dateline investigation has been going on for a few weeks now, so its scary to think just how many child molesters there are out there.

TO CATCH A PREDATOR


Last night I watch this show and it was very upseting.


Basically they wanted to catch some child molesters.


The way they did it was they pretended to be young girls and boys on the internet.  They talked to them for about a week or so and then invited them to a pretend house that was set up with all this cameras and the policy was there too.


So, after the idiots got in the house the Dateline guy would come out. He would not say who he was and started asking some questions. Some guys tried to cover themselves. Obviously with all the evidence there was, nothing they could say could save them for what was coming. The police would be waiting for them outside to arrest them.


The one thing that I had to fight back tears was that this idiot took his own 5 years old son to the house where he was suppose to meet a boy to have sex with.  When the policemen saw this their jaws drop to the floor.  It was unbelievable. I was really upset because in my mind there is no way that this guy is not molesting his own son.


It was really sad.
