I usually go out and pretend I'm going to buy something from the convenience store.. and take a short walk...


If I can't do that..... then just focus on foro ...     LOL

Well yeah, I don't have a regular lunch hour. So when its quite I'll take my lunch break, and get out of here for a little while, its refreshing.

What do you do when you hit that mid-afternoon wall???  Especially when you are at work, and your options are somoe what limited.


For me, since I work in the beaches, I'll try to bring either my roller blades with me, or my bike.  Head down towards the boardwalk, and enjoy a ride along the lake.
