YEp my parents always put us in camps and I am glad they did.  Again I am sure your son plays for good teams and that's great but this has nothing to do with teams. THis is a day camp meant for kids who play on teams.  Teams practice evenings and weekends not during the day.

Well I think with anything you get what you pay for.  I don't know much about the academy that Duro is talking about.  I do know that my brother has been coaching rep soccer for years.  This in any case is not a team it's a day camp for kids who already play or want to learn how to play.  It's what day camps are for....so that kids are not sittting around on summer days with nothing to do or just playing around the nieghbourhood.  If your child is into soccer and you are thinking of putting them in day camp then this if for you.  You CANT get day camps for less in fact they are usually more expensive.  Last year's camp included kids who were 5 and had never played before and older kids that have been playing rep for years.  All coaches and assistant coaches are experianced REP soccer coaches.

Ohhh when kids are very small it's super cute to watch them because they are so very distracted!  My bro and his other coaches are pretty good and getting them on that path of understanding the game.  My 5 year old niece has been playing since she was 3 and this year he had to put her a year up with the 6 year olds because she is too good for the teams her age.  She had her first game last night and scored two goals so we aren't sure if this age is challenging enough either.  She is so cute

@Duro it's 175.00 a week unless they sign up for both weeks and then it's 150.00 a week.  If you are thinking about your son it's a great way for him to spend his days.  My brother was a rep coach for 8 & 9 year olds for years until just recently when he started coaching girls because of his daughter.  He will get a lot out of this camp.  PM me if you would like the website address or more info!

Actually it's a mostly gringo crowd of kids and now I know why my bro doesn't bother advertising with the latinos

Actually I would make sure if they knew you they would get special treatment but that's about it
