back in 2002 - I went to Emelec's Stadium wearing my AMARILLA (the Ecuador shirt, wearing Barcelona's would have been committing suicide - not that I didn't want to wear that one; but was convinced by family memebers that If I wanted to wear yellow, to wear Ecuador's shirt!)


Emelec was playing Copa America vs. River Plate or another equipo extrangero and some people found it a lil weird that I was wearing an Ecua Shirt, yet cheering on the opposing team... I made the point that I was pro-Barcelone; therefore, anti-Emelec and I got some nice "insultos" and bad looks... Thankfully I was NOT en la seccion GENERAL donde todos los locos van - AHI si hubiese salido medio muerto... jeje


I had the last laugh that day - Emelec lost!

Stupid World Cup, just start already!


The world cup, just like the summer Olympics take forever to get here and then they're over before you know it; that sucks!
