Although that pic is a bit much, I can't wait for steaks to start to fly off the grill. This weekend, going my best friends place for some nice bbq. I'm soooo looking forward to that. mmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmm!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Ok... that pic doesn't look that delicious... But asado....mmmmm...... and I usually get my carne and pollo at the portuguese market.. i think is called "o'nolso talho"..
that PRE-SEASONED chicken = great... just bring it and put on the grill... no headaches or getting dirty if you don't want to... I go to the one on Bloor/Ossington area... but apparently there are other locations too.

I don't know... a couple of things I guess:
the super humongonous size of those cuts of meat seem big enough to feed a whole TRIBU!
The yellowness of (the seasoning, I assume) the meat
Wide open BBQ - doesn't look very higenic.
it just doesn't look right - can't quite pinpoint it
just cause I like to go against YOU and Confu, period!
