I have tried xedrine(whatever is called) and it works, if u exercise,. it gives u energy,. then i have tried other ones,. which have been good as well,. but only energy pills,.. and now I/we r getting a new one,. they say it works,. would see,.. i let u guys know after,. but right now i m excersing,. but the problem with me are the sweets,.

Not the end I'm back. As for Walmart carrying them I'm so gonna check it out. In regards to El Mismo's comment ya I see where your coming from but eating habits are extremely difficult especially being latino. All we eat is grease I tried it out for a straight month not eating junk food, or food that makes ya gain weight. It was so hard on wallet! Plus mom got pissed off I wasnt eating "food" no more.

Now I just tend to try eating better. But the influence of others is killing me As for reaching the gym I do that a few times a week. It's nice but food is the key here...if the pills work sure what the hell I'll give it a try.

Doesn't Wal-Mart carry Trim Spa? If so it's not a bad product from reading the ingredients; it contains Hoodia plus some fat burners so its an all in one product.. not necessarily as potent as buying the stronger pills but its one stop shopping.

The thing with pills is that people tend to believe that that is all that is required to magically lose the weight... and thats not so. Pill popping (lol) needs to be accompanied by a balance of regular exercise and a proper meal program. You cant expect to shed a million pounds in two weeks... you have to work at it.

I haven't tried any diet pills... however, I have tried some shakes that are in the market... THEY don't work... but like Salsera said.. its much healthier and safe to watch what u eat and have an active lifestyle....

I'm not sure.. remember when I caught a cold? I was about a week into it when I got sick and I wasn't keeping track. I remember one night eating one piece of chicken and like a tiny bit of rice at dinner and I was FULL (normally I can easily eat 3 pieces).

well i'm only on week 2 so not alot but i have lost about 6lbs. I disciplined w/ what i eat and my exercise (most of the time) so I know that Xenadrine isn't this magic pill.. no no.. the only reason I'm taking it is to help me reduce my body fat (accompanied w/ a balanced diet and exercise, it helps boost ur metabolism and reduce body fat)

OH HOODIA... its something hikers have known and used for years (i heard the commercial too) um.. I taking Xenadrine to help me burn body fat... like i've gotten to a point in my work out that I feel like i've plateaued and need something to help reduce my body fat.. I bought some Hoodia.. yes because of the commercial.. but i bought another brand at GNC (rip off i know). Anyway that product DOES work... it totally makes u feel full and u don't want to eat.
