Chimichurri is the bestest stuff in the world for asado!!!! yes kinda like a sauce but not quite... mostly parsley garlic oil vinegar, etc (etc meaning I have to ask my dad... I don't remember the rest)


@ Genie: yes we ALL put "that stuff" on asado

BBQ Etiquette......



People should be considerate when saying that they are going to attend a BBQ.

I know that things happen.....and SHIT comes up......

but cancelling at the last minute when the host has bought a SHIT load of food and prepared sides and the whole nine.......

That's not nice!
