Yey I dont like ASS KISSERS!! Hey I too dont like working with women..SO MUCH DRAMA!!! lol blowing things outta proportion its insane...never have had a woman boss.so i have no idea what it must be like..

If it were me who was your boss..your response would have probably worried me and maybe annoyed me because I am new and I wanna start off on the righ foot. Your comment would have been seen as something negative ...unless you added one of these " " at the end..lol

And I dont know you give idea that your not happy at your work..do youre co-workers get that same vibe? (if you feel that way of course not saying that you do)

Yeah see that is the thing. Some of the women I have met in this company in management love the ASS kissing! As Bistor says they are way too aggressive. There is this one lady who is pretty high up there in our finance department and she won't even socialize with women. She is actually trying to be a man....you would have to see it for yourself.

when they're acting like they know it all, just tell them... "hmmm....I wouldn't have matched those shoes with that outfit" (it works with my boss)

their whole world falls down.... and then you see her in the hallway asking the other girls what do they think about her shoes....

I get along fine fine with women at a personal level, but find female bosses tend to need to shake an image as being 'soft'... resulting in them overcompensating, and being tougher than John Wayne.

Then again, perhaps management attracts a certain type of woman... or perhaps it's just my experience. But I do tend to find them overly agressive.

It's still a man's world at the top of the heap.

On a side note, I was in a meeting today and I had to present a website I designed...I procrastinated all week because of the foro drama the other week and I was up late working on it last night... anyway, after the presentation, they applauded me. I've never had people applaud me like that. It was nice

Uh thats harsh!

She is the BOSS..at least shes interested in knowing things about you otherwise she wouldnt have cared to ask.....and just because youve had bad experiences in the past may not necessarily mean this one will be bad aswell...
