When Madonna came the last time me and my friends made such a production out of it!!! We got on line and paid crazy money for seats but they were great. We had a pre concert 80's party at my place that started at like 1:00 in the afternoon.....there were only five us at this pre jam - lol. We drank...sang....got ready...drank...sang...drank...sang...danced...drank some more....smoked the good stuff...drank...went to the concert. Drank at the bar....waited for the big "M" to come out...then there she was OMG I almost pissed myself from all the excitment and all the alcohol. My friend at the time (now she is my sister in law) went to the bathroom after the second song and never came back. We were too drunk to care. I remember Madonna....I remember that she was singing all my fav hits but like I didn't really look at her too muchI was dancing with my eyes closed Got home MUCH MUCH MUCH later that night and called my friend to find out that she got kicked out for intoxication. She missed the enitre how and kicks herself to this day.
Note to self: Never go to a concert with Chile, and if I do, try not to drink too much and go to the bathroom alone.

BY FAR the best salsa band out there. They have the best musicians and singers.
They won the grammy last year for best salsa album.
I got to see them perform with Ruben Blades in Atlantic City......

I would pay insane amounts of Moola to see Mana. I would pay a moderate amount to see Ricardo Arjona. I would pay whatever to see Silvio Rodríguez. I would bring dollarama trinkets to exchange for concert tickets to see Bad Boy.
See between the two of us perhaps a promoter can afford to bring them - lol. Seriously though I would part with like $500.00 for wicked seats. I think that's my limit but I don't know maybe not.

I slept outside for the SARS thingy and got first row...well I got pushed around a lot so half the time in the first row half the time in second row. Man I get this huge rush from being super close to super big bands.

So this is coming from the voces latinas thread where I am shocked that people who claim to like reggaeton are not willing to pay $20.00 to see some big guy and 10 local guys.
There are some artists I would pay big money to see. Mana for example....if they ever freaking came to Toronto I would be willing to pay a lot of money to see them up close. I paid big money to get great seats for Madonna's last concert and I would do it again in fact if I wasn't pregnant I would go see her in Montreal. ACDC is another band that I would willing to pay a lot to see up close. The list goes on and on.
Who would you shell out the big bucks for?
