 MArky MArk.  Stop taking all that staff.  You may actually have an acid-reflux condition.


The acid from your stomach can reach your air pipes when you lie down to sleep.  Go to your doctor and ask, the acid is strong enough to cause serious damage.


 I told you not to eat raw meat!!!

U know what Genie? I've taken like half the bottle of Buckleys and it helps temporarily... like 5 minutes. On a good note, I've gotten used to the taste.... just not the sight of it... it looks vulgar.

I GOT SICK THIS WEEKEND!!! AND IT SUCKS BUT I THINK MY COLD OR SICKENSS IS CUZ OF WORK THERE DOING CONSTRUCTION SO THERES DUST EVERYWHERE AND I KEEP BREATHING IT IN BUT IM ON BUCKLEYS TASTES NASTY BUT HAS BEEN WORKING SO FAR I FEEL BETTER THEN LAST NIGHT!!!

Sometimes a cough is triggered by post-nasal drip. Try a nose spray to dry the drip.

I use Afrin but be careful, too much and it dries your nose to irritation. I like it cause it works fast and lasts for the whole day (or night).

I've been sick since the beginning of spring, i also have a cough but i think it's part of the whole allergy symptoms......it sucks.

You do know that when you stop smoking, after a few days, you start coughing out all the crap that was resident in your lungs don't you?


This might be, along with the cold, the reason of your prolonged cough. It will go away soon.


Have some laxative. It'll make you too afraid to cough.

Yes I am a smoker.... but only on weekends these days and I haven't had one in a while. PLUS I was a heavier smoker just a couple years ago and I got sicker than this with even full fledge bronchitis but it all went away relatively quickly. Plus I've never really suffered from smokers cough even during my heaviest smoking periods.

BUT good news!! I had a tablespoon of honey last night and my throat feels A LOT better. My cough seems under control and I will take another couple spoonfuls of honey today and I think I should be OK.

Well, if you threw up I think it's more than just a common cold or cough. I would go back to the doctor if I were you.  Or maybe I can ask one of my doctors at work tomorrow.

Try a warm spoon of honey with a few drops on lemon.  It's worked on my kids

I had a cold two weeks ago. The cold went away but the cough hasn't. My doctor didn't give me anitibiotics or cough syrup, just an inhaler. This past weekend I went to a walk-in clinic and I practically had to beg for cough syrup.

This cough has not gotten better and shows no signs of going away!!!!

ANY RECOMMENDATIONS PLEASE I AM GOING FAKKING CRAZY WITH THIS STUPID COUGH!!!!!!
