fruit loops is one of the few good tasting cereals who's main ingredient isn't sugar. it's actually coloring.

There are probably too many others, I use digital image suite for more advanced editing.... but if its just for resizing I use Paint........ just quicker to open etc

Right click on the pic you want to reduce
Click on "Edit" ("paint" opens)
