I've noticed that full moons increase my testosterone levels, as well as my stamina....and I feel very "PRRRRRRRRRRRR"


 


Rainy days have the same effect, so go figure...

No, either I stopped paying attention or it doesn't affect me as strongly. It used to be really bad... I might as well have turned into a werewolf. I can't explain it, I have no answers.

I don't think it was either a full or a new Moon last night but it sure felt like it for me. I barely had any sleep and this morning, I feel like I was run over by a truck. I just want to go home and try to get some sleep.


I realise few month ago that the changes of Moon were, in fact, affecting my sleep. I was not aware of that in the past. Does it affect your sleep ? I know that some say it's B.S, I was one of those until recently.


There are many article on the web regarding this topic and it seems to be very intriguing since many studies are been made but nothing had been proven yet.
