Ok, so seriously, I suck and I hate you all!!! I'll tell you why............ My place has a gym downstairs so I decided to start getting healthy. So I get there, I start stretching, and then I start running around the track. I run HALF WAY and notice the internet cafe downstairs and WHAT DO I DO??? RUN TO THE COMPUTER TO BE ON FORO!!!!! I didn't even break out in a sweat!!!! Anyone else have failed attempts to share? Hopefully as pathetic as mine???!!!

Ok, well all jokes aside, if you are trying to change your lifestyle, and become healthier by exercising, then you have you think of you time at the Gym as an appointment. Would you be on the computer while seeing your Dr. or Dentist??? Unlikely. So when you go the gym, get there try to do your work out in 30 - 45 min, and then you can proceed with your day to day stuff. You must make the effort to committ that time yourself and no one else.
Trust me, as a Trainer, I know its hard to stay motivated, but you have to remember what you are trying to do. Its what is best for you, so stay focused, and stay away from the internet cafe at your gym, it will help reduce the temptation of going over.

If you have a laptop, maybe you go on a treadmill or eliptical, and workout with the computer right infront of you, that way you can still get healthy, and not miss a beat ... hahaha
PS - Just make sure the laptop is strapped on tight to the machine, you don't want it to fall ... cause if it breaks how will you keep up with the FORO action hahahaha
