This is what i heard about H and R block. Apparently they give you an estimate on what they think you'll get, they buy your income tax from you and yeah you get you cheque, but if it comes back that you are supposed to get more than the estimate they keep it. i don't know if it's true, but i don't go there anymore. Think about it, they must get more of a profit then just the fee that you pay them.

Depends what a lot is. I got my cheque the day off and it cost me about $50. I have no idea about fraud. Hell, I don't care!! I got my cheque!
