Yes I would change my career for something that makes more money if need be ... But in the long run I have learned that your career or job has to be something that you like and want to do not something that stresses you out day by day ...
But "manual jobs" are the ones that make the big money and are never replaced becuase they are necessities....
Some people want the prestige of saying they work in an office or for so and so....and others just wanna make big money and handle their business.....
When saving I would also do whatever for money.....but when stable I would think "prestige".....since there's no need to hustle...
That 's true , most people want say they work in an office instead of saying i work in construction , but the money you make in an office can t compare to the money you coul be making ... unless you are working in the top floor of a building :)
Even thought money is not my main value, I will do it. I am happy with my current career, but I would like to make more money and I know that at some point I will do a change or create my own business. I think if you are making enough money to have some financial stability, you can spend it doing things that you love to do.
I was talkin to this guy today , he is a mechanical eng . but he drives a truck for fedex. i was asking him how come he was driving a truck when he had a degree . He told me that he worked as a mechanical eng, making 25 an hour for a few years, but then he bought a truck and now he is making 50 $ an hour . This guy has a corvette and a BMW (soup up bwm too) . he has a nice house and he drives a truck for fedex. I was wondering would you change your career to do something else that will give you more money ???...
