Don't get me wrong LGIG I love grannies but they talk a lot of crap!!! When I first found out I was pregnant I went to see my doc and ... blah, blah, blah whatever else blah, blah blah
so you telling me I did that midnite hunt for nothing!

When I first found out I was pregnant I went to see my doc and he said that even the whole "eating two portions because you are eating for two" is a bunch of crap!! He said that although I would have to eat a bit more and make sure I was getting everything the baby needs that it's a big mistake to over eat and double up on food or start eating junk. The amount of healthy weight gain for an entire term is 28 pounds and if you eat like a mad woman you will never stay under that!! So far in these seven months I have gained 11 pounds...I still have from now until the begining of July to go and I need to ensure I only gain what I need to. If I give into every craving I will gain about 100 pound
