Probably He knows his wife is sleeping with other(s) lover(s) and he is trying to say something to her, and She doesn't wanna understand he's implying something. I hope this is not the case, but it could be a case of reverse psicology.

I can't believe he is still being paranoid after he did the test, maybe he is been sleeping with too many people and didn't take care of himself and thinks because the first time he did the test didn't come out positive or I don't know, I never heard of anybody being so paranoid without a reason

My doctor told me it's actually hard to contract the virus. It depends on your blood type or compatability or something like that. It's the media that has scared us to the point of hysteria.
Tell him he's more likely to get a non-life threatening STD than HIV.

I do, he's gone to the docs and has gotten tested and his results were NEGATIVE. But ever since he took the test hes gotten paranoid, he thinks that every time he has an ear ache or a headache or fever or anything really its because he has HIV and the doc didnt detect it. So hes gotten obsessed in reading and researching HIV and the more he reads the more he gets sick the more he really thinks hes got HIV. I tell him that the reason why hes getting sick is cuz he's too worried...I cant believe that even after going to the docs and getting tested he still doesnt believe he is negative....What do you tell a person whos compulsive crazy like that?>!?!?!?
