My old workplace was full of drama...even inter-office affairs...which by the way were very entertaining. I think it had to do with us being all very young and very ****y...
My new place is completely different, gladly, I only work with older guys. Which I really like because hell yeah women can be extremely catty. In fact I HATE working with women.
I think there's office drama at almost any work place...to varying degrees.
But at my last job.....OMG!!!
People would FIGHT over parking spot!!!!
NO ONE had assigned parking spot.....but people assumed that if the parked somewhere in the morning......that if they left for lunch.....that spot would still be there waiting for them when they returned.........You don't know the drama....all for a friggin' parking spot....
the funny thing...was that from the fartherst spot you could have....to the front door.....was about a 30 sec walk!!!
and they would still complain!!
Did I mention these were ALL WOMEN?!?!??

I find that a lot of law offices are like that. The lawyers are on the top level and all the assistants tend to be women... and those oldies can be such biatches! OMG! They practically claw each others eyes out!
I hate catty women! I would much rather work in an office full of men, then women anyday.

pero sin offender a las damas que no chismean - women are Wild Cats unas contra otras a veces... I work with 7 and 1 other guy (+ he's gay, so - sin ofender a otros gays - almost like a female!)

I am the only guy in the office and I'm cool with everyone, but man some of the women that work here really have it in for one another.Theres alot of backstapping and trash talking. I find it funny though because since I'm cool with everyone here I get to hear all the rumours and gossip.
I'm the only woman here (thank God) but past places, I find that some women are SO catty!!! I just don't understand.
