So another question....


Is working for someone NOT being a leader? 


EX: office job....9-5 routine...paid by company....etc...would this make your boss the leader?


Are franchises leaders?


Maybe I'm mistaking Leadership for originality and innovation...

What a question so early in the morning !


I think I am to easy going and accomodating, in general, to be a leader but when I reach a certain point, OMG, it's my way or no way ! Beleive me, it's just you haven't seen me like that yet (not nice anyway).


In terms or wrk environement, pfff, know I can't say that I am a leader, nor a follower either. In my previous position I was a leader and it was great, mas bien a "rules breaker" to make things move and work fast

But seriously it can go 2 ways, people might eventually be unappreciative of it, or there might always be a little niche for it and I could do real well

At work I KNOW I'm not a follower, but I'm a young person in a dying trade, so that might have a lot to do with it
