I have some friends that are soon moving to their new house but they did not realized that when they recieved the notification of rent increased it came with a 1 year contract renewal so their are kind in trouble because of course, they won't be staying and can't afford to pay a rent + a mortgage.
Therefore, they asked me if I could post something in here in case someone nmight be interested or know ppl that could be.
